The Modena Studio is located in a secondary building with private parking and measures 30 sqm. It features a garden entrance with views of Montaña Blanca.

Interior:

• Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, citrus juicer, toaster, pots, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
• Living Area: Includes a round table and a French sofa bed. The 140×200 futon bed is on the floor.
• Bathroom: Includes a shower, bidet, towels (changed after the second day), hairdryer, and toiletries made with Lanzarote Aloe Vera.

Services:

• Sheets are changed after the 4th day during a 7-day stay.
• Pool, spa, and beach towels are provided.
